LOVE, ultimately, is a PRACTICE. It's Practicing being loving with heart, mind and body. When we are in a relationship, we are presented with a constant opportunity to practice love - giving and receiving, being present, forgiving, accepting, and stretching our hearts into vulnerable places.

The last part is especially true in romantic relationships! Oh, the joys and triggers of our partners holding up a mirror to us, as we navigate the vast waters of our relationship ~ the challenging and the difficult that comes with the wonderful, sweet, empowering, enchantment.

Love is not chasing that peak feeling all the time. It is not throwing in the towel when the enchanting is not there. Love is not a destination.

Love is a JOURNEY and an EXPLORATION. It’s continuously showing up for our relationship and asking: What would LOVE do here?

Exploring and growing. Being vulnerable in relationship.

The conscious couple is fully committed to embodying love - through their devotion and ongoing practice.

And ~ to embody love takes commitment and intention to be loving even when discord and conflict happens.

Being loving in conflict and through crunchy times takes personal strength, trust, and perseverance.

Embodying love means being mindful and aware of how unique sensations in our bodies inform us of what we are truly feeling, so we can self-regulate and come back to center.

Finally, it requires us to be tuned into our partner and their deeper needs and emotions. Doing so gives us new access to connection and intimacy. So we can embody love even more ~ because, there is not limit to it!
